Happy 21st Birthday Brandon!!

My baby boy turned 21 years old yesterday…I can't believe it!!
We celebrated Brandon's birthday when he was home for Thanksgiving…
Grammi Faith made sure we all had little birdies for our name cards…thank you Grammi :)
I love having my baby home!!
We made Brandon oreo turkeys to celebrate his birthday...
Brandon ate his in one bite :)
We all made sure that Brandon got gifts that he could use throughout the cold Colorado Winter…his brothers gave him a comic book with a gift card to the one and only restaurant that can deliver food on campus at the academy.  The owner is a former Air Force cadet and has connections…so when it is too cold to head out to the cafeteria Brandon can stay in, read his comic, and have a yummy dinner :)
Daddy made sure Brandon had a non-picture book to read too :)
Mommy and Weston made sure Brandon had gloves and a scraper so he could dig his car out when he got back to Colorado after Thanksgiving :)
Elli made sure Brandon had a Nativity scene to decorate his room with...
…and Daddy…of course…made sure to prepare Brandon should an EMP hit and he be forced to chop wood for heat…or kill Zombies…whatever...
Although we were unable to be with Brandon on his actual birthday, there is a wonderful sweet lady in Colorado Springs whose cake making business centers around the cadets at the Air Force Academy.  Her business is called creative cakes.  I was so blessed to run into her information online and yesterday she delivered a very special cake to Brandon.  THIS IS HER FACEBOOK PAGE…you can see her post with Brandon's picture on it if you click the link.  But here are the pics posted there...

We love you Brandon…so glad you had a super birthday…Thank you Carol from creative cakes, and Laura and Jimmy for making Brandon's birthday special!!  See you in 11 days Brandon:)
