Joshua got Elli to laugh out loud at dinner this weekend. Unfortunately, the video we took didn't turn out. Ever since then, the boys have all been busy in their attempts to get Elli to laugh.

A Little Piece of Heaven During CRAZY TIMES

Moving is always a hassle. I cannot remember a move that wasn't crazy busy. This move, however, is tilting the scales on craziness. One of the contributors to this craziness is definitely the economy. Another contributor would have to be the FBI itself -they drag their feet on any decision making that has to be made in regards to the relocation process. Finally, one of the biggest contributors is the sheer amount of people involved in this relocation. We have our realestate agent here in Ohio, the realestate agent representing the purchasers of our home here in Ohio, our realestate agent in NJ, and all the relocation people with the government - two for the sale of our home and processing of all info. related to the sale of our home here, two from Wells Fargo for the new loan for the purchase of our home in NJ, two for the paperwork for the relocation of our home goods, and the people that will actually pack, load, and drive our home goods. WAAAYYY too many middlemen. This is just a small sampling of all the ways the govt. wastes money. So, what then is the little piece of heaven in the midst of all this craziness?

More conversations with Elli

Morning is quickly becoming our family's favorite time of day. Every morning we all wake up to our Princess Elli's smiling face. She loves waking up in the morning. She reminds me of all the beautiful birds that get up extra early to sing us songs as we wake up. She makes every morning sweet and happy to wake up to to. Daddy and all her brothers will each spend some time talking to Elli before they leave for school or work. She loves this time in the morning, and she always has a lot to say.

GO SPARTANS!!

Today was the big kickball tournament game for Joshua's 4th grade class. The twins and Elli were very excited to go...
When we got to the game we cheered the Spartans (the name of Joshua's class team) on with a sign Joshua made for us to hold up for him...
Elli slept the whole time and was a perfect angel...
Joshua played catcher in the first part of the game...
He made an awesome kick...
The final score was 11-10 - SPARTANS WON!!!!!
YEAH JOSH!!

Leah was enjoying the spring sunshine yesterday morning...
Jason decided she had a good idea and took her spot...
Leah squeezed back in and they both soaked in the sun:).
